| Kodi Brotherson graduated summa cum laude from Simpson College, before going on to receive her J.D. from Drake University Law School with highest honors and as a member of Order of the Coif. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa in 2005. Kodi focuses on employment law, family law, and appeals. She belongs to the Iowa State Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. |
With bar admissions to the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Iowa, and Iowa courts. Kodi has a busy appellate practice as well. Kodi splits her time between Des Moines and the Carroll area where she lives and farms with her husband. | |
