Unique Perspective |
||
| After representing employers for more than 20 years with the state’s largest law firm, Tom changed the direction of his practice and, in 2009, joined Babich Goldman’s employment litigation group. Tom now focuses his time and energy on representing individuals in employment discrimination, wage-hour, wrongful discharge, non-compete and all types of civil rights litigation. Not wanting to abandon his past entirely, Tom continues to represent small to mid-sized companies in employment-related litigation, trade secret disputes, non-compete litigation, commercial tort claims and other commercial disputes. Tom’s extensive experience representing employers provides him with a unique ability to evaluate individual employment claims and to devise effective litigation strategies and tactics. Being on the other side for over twenty years, Tom knows how employers and insurance companies tend to react both in and out of the court room. |
Tom is an experienced employment attorney and commercial litigator who has been recognized by the major peer-rated services including Best Lawyers in America, Iowa Super Lawyers and Great Plains Super Lawyers. He has also received the highest possible Martindale Hubbell rating. Along with Babich Goldman's other employment law attorneys, Tom will work tirelessly to achieve your litigation goals and objectives. Tom was born in Chicago, Illinois, and was raised in Iowa City, Iowa.
